Grapes: Sangiovese. Average production per hectare: 8/9 t of grapes. Bright pale pink color. Fruity aroma with notes of white-fleshed peach and strawberry. Fruity and harmonious taste.

Vinification: Short cryomaceration of Sangiovese grapes and subsequent white vinification with soft pressing and debourbage of the musts by controlling the temperature.
