LAJELLA® ~ Offida DOCG Passerina | 2020

One of the most popular and appreciated white wines in the whole Adriatic area is Passerina, an ancient grape variety from which you get a very fresh wine. It is fragrant with defined floral and fruity suggestions. When it comes to Passerina, the watchword is elegance. The nose gives fruity hints of green apple, almond blossoms which with maturation evolve towards acacia and broom. The taste is fruity, hints of minerality – pleasant and persistent. Alcohol 13%

Grapes: 100% Passerina

Average production per hectare: 8/9 t of grapes.

Vinification: In the absence of skins, with debourbage of the musts and fermentation at a controlled temperature.

Pairings: Ideal with fish-based dishes and light first courses.
