Refining: 4 months in steel tanks and 2 months in bottle Aging 3-4 years

Sensory Characteristics: Light and shiny; persistent on the palate and with marked minerality. Vermentino is a star pairing for most seafood dishes, from freshly shucked oysters and mignonette sauce to fried clams or battered fish tacos.
