Terre di Serrapetrona Unbianco

From the mixed rows of Pecorino and Sauvignon Blanc, we produce the only white wine in our range, in which emerges all the strength of Pecorino "dei Monti Azzurri", in structure and alcohol content, enriched by the salinity of the soil and the acidity of mountain wines, and accompanied by the pleasant aromas of Sauvignon Blanc, enhanced by the nocturnal temperature ranges, typical of the climate of Serrapetrona.

Grapes: Pecorino 50% - Sauvignon 50%

Alcohol Content: (average) 14% vol. Production: 3.000 bottles

Characteristics: Intense bouquet of fruits and mineral
notes.
