Aging : 12 months in steel, 36 months in oak barrels of 25 hl and 12 months in bottle

Alcohol content: (average) 15%

Characteristics: Ruby red color, scent that initially evokes elegant balsamic nuances such as licorice and rosemary. Followed by hints of red fruits, plum and black cherry. Soft and velvety taste, well balanced, of high elegance and persistence.

Pairings: Game, red meat, braised meats, porchetta dishes, polenta and ossobuco.
